The STORM 700x Skid for the Aputure 700x is a stainless-steel attachment designed to secure to the bottom of the STORM 700x. This skid allows users to safely place the fixture flat on the ground without the risk of tipping, even when the CF10 Fresnel is attached. It features a rear cutout that provides clearance for the STORM 700x’s head cable when tilting the fixture, ensuring safe and practical operation. With the Skid mounted, the complete fixture system—including the STORM 700x, CF10 Fresnel, and CF10 Barn Doors—can sit securely on a head cart, equipment rack, storage shelf, or the ground, streamlining transport and setup on set.
