FAQ

HOW MANY VIDEOGRAPHERS WILL BE AT MY WEDDING?

This will all depend on the video and/or photo package you book for your wedding day. A basic cinema package starts with one videographer and can be tailored to suit your needs.

All other packages come with two videographers. Depending on the wedding package chosen, we will sometimes bring an assistant as well.

WHEN WILL I GET TO SEE MY WEDDING FILM?

In order for us to have enough time to make your wedding film absolutely perfect, our standard turn around time is between 8 to 12 weeks.

We will send you a link to a preview site prior to finalizing the videos and you'll have an opportunity to make any final changes or add any additional requests you may have. When your video is complete, we will deliver your wedding films according to the package you booked.

DO WE GET TO MEET YOU BEFORE THE WEDDING?

Most definitely! Our team will set up a call to go over all the packages we offer. If you're local, we'd love to meet you in person and buy you a cup of joe!

Due to COVID-19 safety concerns, our team will reach out with a zoom invitation to set up a safe, meeting environment to discuss your wedding video/photo needs.

WHAT KIND OF GEAR DO YOU BRING TO CAPTURE OUR WEDDING?

Our main camera is the Sony FS7. We use a light weight SONY SONY A7S / SHOGUN 4K Camera w/ a gimbal to capture those beautiful, smooth steadicam like sequences in your wedding films.
