About Vaxis Atom 500

With the Basic Atom 500 HDMI Wireless HD Video Transmission Kit from Vaxis you can transmit visually lossless, video signals to the Vaxis receiver with less than 1 ms latency. The transmitter sends a powerful line-of-sight signal up to 500' and it can also multicast via Wi-Fi to up to three mobile devices for monitoring.

The transmitter features one HDMI input and one HDMI loop output, and the receiver has two HDMI outputs. Together they support up to 1080p60 high-quality H.265 video transmissions. The transmitter also supports multicast over Wi-Fi to up to four mobile iOS devices using the Vaxis Vision app for monitoring.

Each unit features a bright, clear OLED display and they have a cooling fan that can be turned On and Off to prevent noise during your production. They can be powered via a USB Type-C connector with the included cable or by using a separately available L-series battery. The USB input can also be used to upgrade the firmware.

Flexible Monitoring

USB-C Power

ATOM 500 adopts a new automatic channel selection feature which gives users a hassle-free connection out of the box. For more advanced controls, auto channel selection can be turned off to engage manual selection.

Passcode Protection
The ATOM 500 offers passcode protection, giving users the ultimate control over who can receive the broadcast signal. This ability allows the ATOM 500 to protect confidential information from getting into the wrong hands.

Distance Vs Quality Prioritized
ATOM 500 allows users to define what's most important with distance priority and quality priority. When range is most critical, distance priority can be used to take precedence over image quality and vice-versa.
